How does Sportso work?
Sportso provides you with two free ways to join right now:
- When you join as a Client, you are able to create assignments that you want help with. These assignments are then shown to local professionals in that area who are ready to work at them, and you get to choose the professional you like for your assignment.
- When you join as a Professional, you are shown different sports assignments in your area in need of coverage or support. You get to decide your fee before accepting the assignment.
Sportso provides the platform for the Client and Professional to connect, review, assign, and exchange payment for the assignment.
As a Client interested in hiring a professional, how much does each assignment cost?
The details of each assignment may vary, from event duration, to how far a professional is from a venue, to special instructions and requests.
Each candidate professional will view your assignment details and set their own price before accepting your invitation to potentially support your assignment. When a client views available professionals, the client has the opportunity to review each proposed price and experience before choosing which professional to accept for that assignment.
As a Professional, how do I get paid for my services?
Professionals set their own price for each assignment they are matched too. Each assignment is different, so after viewing the details from the Client, you are able to set your fee to your preferred amount. Sportso uses Stripe to pay you within 48 hours of assignment completion. Setting up an account on Stripe via the Sportso platform is easy and only takes a few steps.
Can I make specific requests for my event?
Yes, the Sportso platform connects the Client, Professional, and on-site contact via phone, text, and email to coordinate and communicate any specific details about the assignment.
